The Young Person's Padlet

Autism Navigator:

Karen Woodhouse is the Autism Navigator, offering support and signposting to parents/ carers of children and young people involved with the SCP. She usually attends the monthly Local Offer drop ins. Come along and have a chat. Her email is mcr.autismnavigator@mft.nhs.uk.
