After School Club

At Wilbraham Primary School, we offer an After School Club facility to our parents/carers who require child care for when our school finishes at 3:15pm.

Our After School Club is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 3:15pm and 5:30pm during term-time only.  The Club is held in the canteen and runs various structured fun activities which are supervised by three members of staff.

The cost of the After School Club is £7 per session paid weekly in advance.  Our After School Club is becoming increasingly popular and sessions are very limited each week therefore we advise all parents/carers to book in early to avoid disappointment.

How Do I Make A Booking

If you would like to register your child to attend our After School Club, you will need to complete a registration form which can be obtained from the school office.  You will be required to pay a holding fee of £30 which will be held by school in the event of any non-payment of fees or any late collection charges.  You will also be required to sign a contract to adhere to our terms and conditions of the club.

All bookings must be made via our Arbor app and bookings can be made up until 9:30am of the day you require.  Bookings made after this time will then incur a fee of £10 per session subject to availability of spaces at the club.  We are not obliged to honour these requests as places may not be available on the day required.
