60 second challenge. You can play this with an adult, your brother, sister or on your own. Use a countdown timer on a phone or ipad or someone can time you using their watch. The aim of the challenge is to throw a ball up in the air and clap your hands before you catch it. How many times can you clap and catch? If you don't have a ball you can use things such as balled up socks, a teddy bear, a small cushion or anything else you may have at home.
