* NEW  LEARNING PACKS*

Please collect outside the school office entrance.  I forgot to say in the video there is a piece of string inside your pack. Keep this safe as Miss Mckenzie has a lovely task to do with the children after the break.

Activity 1 - Nursery Rhyme with Miss Singh

Activity 2-  Spider Craft

Would you like to make your own Incy Wincy spider. Have a look at Ms Lindsay's video showing you one way to make a moving spider.
You will need:
Card or paper
Scissors
Glue
A pencil or straw.

Activity 3 - Patterns with Natural Objects

Miss Rigby collected natural objects on her daily walk. Can you look at her photo and see what she found?
Picture
Watch the video to see the repeating patterns she made .
Your challenge : On your daily walk over the next couple of days, collect some natural treasures. These might be ; sticks, pebbles, leaves, flowers, feathers, grass etc. Practise grouping the objects , this could be by size, colour, type of object etc.
Explore making different repeating patterns.

Activity 4 - Just For Fun - Spider Art using PurpleMash.

Picture
We have set you some independent creative tasks to do using
' Purple Mash'

Your user name and password are in your blue book.

Click the Purple Mash logo  picture and it will take you to the log in page.

When you log in the tasks we would like you to do will load.

Can you use the creative tool markers to make your own spider?

Good morning everyone ! it's a lovely sunny day 😍 Iam doing the activities with Mobeen everyday but abit late as I have to help my other 2 boys when they struggle in math or english that's why I didn't have the chance to comment earlier I do apologize for that ! However, I always watch all the videos with Mobeand I noticed he started to recognise most of the phonics and numbers backward and its the area that he was struggling in .. thanks and enjoy your day !

Good Morning Mobeen! That's absolutely fine, don't worry about commenting everyday it's fantastic you are joining in with the activities each week. That's amazing you have started to pick up on recognising some numbers, what a super star! It's freezing today so wrap up warm but I am also happy the sun is out. Have a nice day, Miss McKenzie xx
