Hello Nursery, I hope you all had a lovely relaxing half term break and enjoyed some spooky Halloween fun over the weekend. Whilst we are off school this week you can find some activities each day on here to do with your family . You can pick what you'd like to do. We look forward to welcoming you back to school on Friday 6th November 2020. We miss you - The Nursery Team :) Activity 1 - Wake up and Shake up! Click the link below to play the song. Let's give our bodies a stretch and wiggle this morning.  Activity 2 - Sounds are all around us. Can you go on a listening walk around your house? Listen carefully to the noises in your home. What noises can you hear? Are they loud or are they quiet? Are they long noises or short noises? If you'd like to you can make a pair of listening ears to help you. ( see picture below)   Activity 3 Mark making Place some salt, flour or sand on a tray or plate. Use your finger or a paintbrush to make some marks. * Can you make some wavy marks like the sea? *Can you make some round circles? *How about some zig zag sharks teeth? Challenge - Can you make some of of the letters in your name? Activity 4 We love singing in Nursery. Can you say this Nursery Rhyme? Click the button below. Can you make a mouse picture to go with the Nursery Rhyme? If you have a printer at home you can ask a grown up to print the sheets below. You could make a mouse or you can make some puppets to go with the rhyme.
