What was your favorite part?
This half term, we have been learning about World War II. We learned about how World War II started and what happened during that time. We also wrote some letters to our imaginary WWII dad telling him about what was happening back at home and what might he be facing during his hard journey. We wrote about all the dog fights (plane fights), falling bombs and hiding in air raid shelters when the air raid sirens went off. That was so much fun!
Also,we talked about Hitler and his awful plans and how he blamed (and killed) Jewish people for losing the First World War for Germany. And how France and England tried to save Poland when it had been invaded by Germany.
What was the most interesting thing you have learned during these lessons?
Have you enjoyed it?

If the parachute was made correctly, the egg wouldn't crack.
