The School Council have challenged everyone to become more active.
The video 'Movement is Life' by Dr. William Bird (you can watch it on YouTube) clearly explains the benefits of making everyone fitter both in terms of health and brain power!!
Our challenge is to run, jog or walk a mile each day to help us become fitter, healthier and happier!
Here's our first go - 6 times round the playground will do it!
