magine this is a P4C lesson. Your question is: Are the best things in life free?
Things like friends, family and good memories are free but other stuff, like trainers and video games, are quite expensive. Think about the truth of this question and what great things you can get for free, and what things you can give for free, like your time and your attention.
Remember our P4C rules:
- There is no right or wrong answer.
- Respect other people's opinions.
- It is okay to disagree, but be respectful.
- Only one voice at a time- respect the person speaking.
I want you to discuss this question with your family and friends.
Maybe you could talk about this over dinner together?
What are your thoughts?
Do you all agree?
Post your thoughts below...
As we are all spending more time online, it is important that you all understand how to be safe online. I would like you to read this with your parents/carers/grandparents (who ever you are staying with) and discuss online safety together.
Using what you have read, or what you know already, come up with 5-10 new rules together as a family about how to stay safe online. You might create a poster or write the rules up and stick it up near your computer to remind yourself when you are online.
