Last week, 6E had lots of discussions about anti-bullying week. The theme, this year, was to focus on making small changes that can have a big impact around school. All the children made a pledge at the start of the week, and then asked themselves on Friday if they had achieved this. We also wrote some anti-bullying poetry to inspire others to make a change. Some of the best examples are below.
This year for Black History, year 6 focused on Political Figures: Martin Luther King and Barack Obama. 6E researched these influential people and created their own portraits. Additionally, in celebration of black history all of year 6 have been dancing with Miss Ringwood to African music - we even had a little dance off to end the week! Here is 6E dancing to 'Shosholoza'
