Wilbraham Primary School are taking part in 'The Mile a Day Challenge'
The challenge is for every class to run/jog/ or walk for a mile every day starting Monday
15th January. All of the children and adults are joining in.
Year 5 have already started this and have attached some photographs - can you find yourself in any of them?

You can watch a short video link on youtube - Movement is Life - Dr William Bird.
This explains why we are joining this challenge and what the advantages are.

Anyone who leaves a comment this weekend about why they are doing this will get 5 chance cards off Mr H.

I think if we run every day our brains will work better then we come in and concentrate even more. when we run out side our body is moving a lot and our brains get active , this stops us getting sleepy throughout the day.
