Wednesday 1st March was an exciting day for 5E! We went on our trip to the Manchester Museum.
We were able to spend the morning in various different galleries. We looked at fossils, dinosaur artifacts, taxidermy, and various other exhibits featuring the natural world.
After our lunch we had our Egyptian experience. We were introduced to the museum's very own Mummy, Asru. We were then tasked with finding a range of artifacts in the gallery that Asru could take into her tomb for her journey to the afterlife. We also got the chance to handle some real artifacts, some of which were more than 3000 years old! Truly amazing and a fantastic experience.
