The school council have been busy thinking about how we can become more active and have challenged each class to complete a 'Mile a Day' , beginning on 15th January.
4R , along with 4S and 4B went out this afternoon to practise the route (6 laps of the main school building) and had great fun running, power walking and jogging together.
We in 4R talked about the benefits of exercise, both mental and physical and aim to incorporate the 'Mile a Day' challenge into our daily routine!
