Today we went to the Aquatics centre as usual but this was not a regular swimming session. We were so lucky to be chosen to take part in a swimming lesson, which was taught by the Team GB Paralympic swimmers. When we arrived, we were introduced to the team, were able to ask for autographs and learn a little bit about the team's achievements.
After that, we were split into groups of six and were asigned to an athlete, who then took our swimming sessions. We had so much fun, playing games, learning tricks and even doing a little bit of gymnastics in the water. I was particularly impressed with Abdullah, who did a forward roll under the water and Ali, who put his face under the water for the first time.
All in all we had an amazing experience- a day to remember!
